I have talked to two different financing people and both basically said the same thing…“Youre screwed.” I have good credit, am employed, and dont have many bills. THe problem is that my job is 100% commission and everyone wants/needs to see at least 2 years of commission income (Im at 5 months now) before even considering giving me a mortgage.
What options do I have for coming up with financing?
