I have a friend, who his mom gave him a house on 5 acres and he can’t afford the payments anymore which are 1200.00. He owes 90K on the house and it’s worth 280K and is about 3700 sq. ft. one story, and has an additional house on the 5 acres and a lake. What can I do?
