Joseph, I suggest you look at options and lease options also. Little cash required.

Hi all,

I am a newbie investor/wholesaler with several investors already lined up but no properties, yet. Any suggestion as to the type of property I should concentrate on? Reo’s, FSBO or short sales? I am in a bit of limbo. I am concentrating on wholesales due to lack of cash.
Thanks in advance.

Joseph

I don’t know where your located or even if it’s in North America, but the first rule of wholesaling is to deliver the kind of goods your customers want. So ask them, and then get your tail over to where that product is and start hunting.

Keep building your buyers list and keep asking what they want. As one of the other posters said consider options to control properties, a form and a buck will do that.

sounds like a little bit of time spent on educating yourself would be a good start. Start at the library or book store.

Well what do your investors want to buy? Have you asked them what types of properties are they looking for? Satisfy your market (investors).
