Personally, I own both. Each covers the market from a different perspective. Lonnie’s would be ideal for the newbie/beginner, Ernest’s for someone who’s ready to move up to the next level of investment.

Hello All,
Great forum here, one of the most informative I’ve ever seen. Have Carlton’s program and in viewing this forum want to purchase a MH program. Both Lonnie and Ernest’s look very promising, is one “slanted” more one way than another or are they basically the same? Both Gentleman have tremendous insight to offer although I am not sure which way to go. Can anyone shed some light for me? Thanks a newbie in Arizona, still hesitant to do my first deal…
