I’ll agree with Robert. I live in Dallas and it’s about the best place you can be right now for real estate. Although our primary focus is multifamily and we venture into Houston a bit.

I don’t know of any “hot” markets, but the 2 major U.S. housing markets that I follow that are closest to trend reversals to the upside are Dallas and Denver.
