You sir, are in a fearful state. When I was in the bushes of Vietnam, I could not ask for a step by step guide for getting out of the bush when things were tight. My point is, people react to fear by either fight, flight, or freeze. You are frozen, and to unlock this state you must make fear your best friend. Accept it, and make it a part of you. Then, you can make a better opinion on whether to fight or flight. Go out and get that first property and gain some hands on, or realize this isn’t your passion and forget it.
