Depends on the deal. Many factors. Title issues, closing date, loan approval, contigency of the buyer.
You are right, there are quite a few factors that influence how long it takes for a property sale to go through. For example, it depends on the current state of the real estate market as well as the pricing - if a property is overpriced, it will take longer to sell. Another factor is the way your real estate agent works as well as how soon a potential buyer is looking to move in.
Truly depends on the particular deal. I am in NC and we have been seeing issues with surveyors being booked out for MONTHS. Crazy times!
