I’m 21 years old, single and live in Ohio. After the new year I want to start my real estate business. I want to rent out properties and flip them.

What entity would be best for me to use, LLC, C-Corp,
S-Corp.?

Also, do I need to set this up before I buy a property, so that when I buy the property I can put it into the corporations name and not mine?
