Being that I have never closed a deal before, I was wondering what else I have to set up when closing a deal through a Title Company? Do I have to set up any inspections (such as Termite Inspections) or anything like that? Or is that all done through the Title Company?

I know there are a lot of closing costs, but I didn’t know if I had to worry about setting up those things or if the Title Company took care of all of that.

Just wondering what else I have to take care of and set up on my own for a closing.
