that is exactly what it means. If they want it seasoned for a year it must be in the account for a year.

In regards to funds to purchase a property using a first mortgage, what does the term “seasoned” mean coming from the lenders point of view? Does that mean the money needs to be in the account for at least 60 days? Thank you in advance!!
