Hello I am new to Creonline…spent few days soaking up new knowledge, reading articles, etc…
So today, I looked in the classified ads, and this one property caught my attention. Victorian Home built in 1886, 3,000+ sq, three fireplaces, two living rooms, and one formal living for $65,000. It is restoration project. It is located in small town. Is this a great deal?
I was thinking…maybe I could purchase this house, and spend some $$ on restoration, and sell it back for $165,000.
Have you done something like this before? Please let me know, I would love to hear your thoughts! Thank you!
