You have to be creative and persistant. Don’t listen to what people are saying. You know you are talking to your competitors, right.
Stop listening to people and just get out there and do it. If it’s hard to do lease option inside the city, then come up with other strategies.
You could bird dog for those investors for a while to get a feel of the business. You have to learn and grow. Lease options are not found, they’re CREATED!

I’m wondering what is a good course to buy if your ivesting in New York City?
Please advise. Most of the lease option stuff and no money down stuff is pretty impossible in this market. I’m sure you can find a deal like that in New York City but it has got to be very, very one in a millionish. Every investor in New York City I have talked to had told me that they have never gotten a deal in New York City with no money down or through lease option or subject to. I’m wondering what works? Anyone from New York City have any luck with any of these courses?
