What are those pencil aluminum things for signs? - Posted by Double A

While doing my daily routines. I’ve seen a few “Work at Home” signs around town. They are in the ground (grass or soil). They are being held by a pencil width kinda aluminum
looking frame. The have two legs on the them. Sorta like an H or mabye an A frame. Where can I find these? Does Home Deopt sell them? Are the strictly for Bandit Signs or are they a product used for something else.
Galvanized wire - Posted by Hank

Get a roll of galvanized wire from home depo. $10.00 for about 120 feet.
Cut off a few feet and bend into a U shape.
Get the kind of signs that are 2 sided and need to be folded over.
Fold signs over the U shape wire and staple.
Better and cheaper than wooden stakes. Cheaper than H stakes.

The metal frames you see work pretty well. You can get them at Home Depot in the concrete section. I don’t know exactly what they are called but they come in approximately 9 foot peices. I cut them down into 4 or 6 peices, depending on how high off the ground I want my signs to be. They cost less than $2 a peice. So, they are a pretty cheap way to post your signs.
