I wanted to supplement my search for bargain/motivated seller properties using the FSBO sites with the most volume (total number of SFR’s at any given time).

Forsalebyowner.com, fsbo.net, and buyowner.com are some big ones I know of. The listings are normally out-of-date though. I’ve seen some on there that were sold over a year earlier. Personally, I think they are a waste of time. Of course some that didn’t sell might be a candidate for a lease option.
