Anybody have any success or feedback positive or negative on Wes-State Mortgage Co. I got a brochure in the mail today about starting your own loan brokering business. I am curious but sceptical.

Any info. would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Lori

Is there anyone out there that has had a good experience working with this company? I would like to get some information regarding their opportunity from someone who has actively involved and doing well with them.

Lori,

It works like this. They tell you to run an ad in the Money To Lend section of your local newspaper saying, “Money to lend on prime real estate. Up to $1,000,000 cash available. Call 111-1111” At the same time, you also run an ad in the Need Money section saying, “Looking for investor to lend up to $1,000,000 secured by prime real estate. High Yeilds. Call 111-1111.” Now, when people call responding to either ad, you build their name on a list. Then you match up the borrowers you have on one list with the lenders on your other list. You take a fee, from 2-5 percent, of the loan for “Brokering” the transaction. Simple. Save your cash or send it to me.

Hard to believe doing this is legal without a real estate brokers license, anyway.

This is brokering like any other mortgage brokering. It doesn’t require a real estate license but may require a mortgage broker’s license if you are going it alone or if acting as a referral source or loan officer you may be able to be covered by Wes-State’s license if they have one in the state where you want to do business. This is not a get rick quick scheme. This requires sales skills and determination. You could go to work for any mortgage brokerage in your area and do the same thing (but have a boss).

Look. Everyone here is going about this ALL the wrong ways. For one, if you didn’t do any research on this type of business to begin with, then you shouldn’t be doing it anyway. If you thought it was a ‘get rich quick, with NO effort at all’ kinda business, then you’re wrong. BUT, on the other hand, I’ll tell you how to go about this business with ease and make a truck load of money as well. Recently, I made $80,000 in one day. Actually, it took me only about an hour and a half. Think about this. What is this business? It’s not just mortgage notes or real estate. It’s NOTE’S! Lotto, land contracts, mortgages, trust deeds, and just about ANY other kinda notes that still has a profit margin for Wes State to wanna buy. So, why kill ants one at a time, when you can go straight to the nest? Go to ANY business in your town and say ,“I wanna buy your note!” If you can get 'em to laugh, you’re ALMOST there. The rest is personality and charisma. Go to Any new suburb that’s not completed yet and tell 'em that if they want the money to comtinue to build and make money, that you’ll buy their notes up! Most of these places sell HUNDREDS, if not THOUSANDS of notes at once! So, don’t settle for just placing ads and looking for the needle in the haystack. Get out there and MAKE it happen! But keep this in mind. When you have a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) people see that and WANT to help you help them. Until next time~
