Though you may not need to buy her course to do it.
It sounds like you know what a lease option is…
All it is, is basically wholesaling only instead of
assigning the contract you’ll just do a quick sandwhich
of your option…
A no brainer at best… I have seen her stuff on e bay
a few times I believe.
