I am VERY open to suggestions for aquiring about 20k for down payment on new house. We really need the money like “yesterday”. Any and all ideas welcome. Please leave a way to get into contact with any source of capital if such information is pertinent.

If you have two healthy Kidneys you could sell one on the black market for 20K plus expenses. Such contacts do not have phone numbers. It would probably be most productive if you placed an ad on some internet news groups or if you contacted some MD’s that specialize in Kidney problems. If you can not find a Buyer, I will offer you $18,000 on a two week option to purchase. Let me know soon, I do not know how much longer my Buyer can wait.

If you are purchasing via an instituional lender, you might be able to go FHA, VA, or conventional with PMI. Those loans don’t require high down payments.
