Dear David:
Why don’t you go to the REAPS meeting on the third Wednesday of this month. We are meeting on the third Wednesday because of Thanksgiving and there is no meeting in December. The location is to be found on this site under clubs. There are hard money lenders in addition to other investors.

I am trying to find hard money lenders in the Seattle area. Does anyone know of any in the area? Any help would be appreciated.
