Might be different wording, depending on whether I was buying or selling on WD…so which are you doing?

On your taking title from the current besieged owner, surely you’re not demanding WD, or are you? I’d think a QCD would be more than adequate for the job, but of course I’d also want a title policy so I’d know what I was getting.

On your selling on REC, I’d think a WD from you would not be in your best interest, until you’re paid in full & done with the property.

I am purchasing a preforclosure property subject to, bringing the mortgage current and giving seller some money for his equity. How do I state this in the Warranty Deed under the consideration clause?

I have an agreement of sale, I just wanted to know how to word this if I were to use a deed instead of an agreement of sale.
