The category killer for listings nationwide is Loopnet.com

I’d start there, call on a few properties that look interesting, and network with the contacts to let the broker community know you’re looking.

Have nice equity in a 7 unit office building I purchased in '98. Great location in central NJ, I am refinancing and looking to purchase something simular ie:office, strip, etc. Just don’t have the contacts to find a good deal. Any thoughts on where to locate deals would be great. Looking for a purchase to hold with nice cash flow.
