Did you ever decide if you were going to invest in MH? I ask because I have a 2001 model I’m selling (homeowner). Seems to me you don’t see four bedrooms advertised in Palm Beach County as much as three or two bedrooms. Either they sell or not too many people purchased them the first time out. We have a 4/2, excellent condition, and owe $60,500 on it. If you or anyone you know invests in MH, let me know.

Hope all had a great Thanksgiving. I have a motivated seller who called me in response to my “we buy houses” signs in the Fort Lauderdale area asking if I bought mobile homes. I said I would get back to her.
I spent some time over the long weekend reviewing this board and ordering Lonnie’s books and will order Ernest’s soon. But I don’t want to rush into this w/out knowing what I’m doing (I’m still a newbie at SFH’s).
