Have you had an attorney look at it to see if there is anything in it that will void the contract?
Whose board-theirs or yours?
Is it a “standard” contract or special one that favors them?
It’s been said that whatever amount you pay a professional is more that worth the expense of paying through the nose in the school of hard knocks. You might have to bite the bullet and see a lawyer. They ALL arent schmucks.
