Hi all,
I just wanted to say that this web site helped to inspire me to become an investor. Since I found this web site, I sold my house, made about $50,000 after owning it only 3 years! I bought a 2 flat that I now live in and am in negotiations to buy a 3 flat with no money down via land contract. I could turn around and sell this other place for a nice profit because it is worth more that what i am taking over the payment on. If I keep it, it will have a $200/mo+ positive cashflow.
I am now looking also to buy a 4 flat. I never would have dreamed that I would be owning/controlling $700,000 worth of real estate a year ago. I still have a lot to learn and I hope that I will be able to leave my JOB sometime in the not too distant future and just take care of my rentals. Much more satisfying work that making someone else rich!
