heck yeah- I’d call them back a little early
if they dont mind- then it just shows that you’re really interested
if they do mind- then maybe you just lost track of time
one suggestion- if they only ran the ad for one day- maybe they aren’t too motivated- just a little something to think about!

Called on a FSBO last week and was told that they weren’t interested in a land contract but would consider if house doesn’t sell and to call back in 2 weeks.
Should I wait the full 2 weeks or call back a little earlier. I don’t know if this helps or not, but they only ran the ad for one day??
