Anyone familiar with Wade Cook’s Real Estate Money Machine book, and if his techniques will work in todays markets. It sounds like a great why to create cash flow, and move property without waiting on banks.

You just have to forget about the part of finding assumables. Buy instead by deeding the properties into land trusts and taking the loans subject to and then selling them on a wrap.
