I use Baylink in San Francisco, but I think you can use them wherever you happen to live. I don’t know their exact features they have, but it’s easy to inquire. One thing I like about them is they allow me to deactivate my voice mail number whenever I want, then activate it again. I think I pay about $2 monthly when it’s deactivated, then about $12 monthly when it’s active. I can keep the same number and only use it one month out of the year, if I want.
