Hi everyone,
I’m a newbie and trying to learn more about RE. I’m sort of stuck with my deal. Last night (Aug 8), I gathered all of my courage and called Ed Garcia (the Guru). It was my first time ever talking to him. And, to my surprise, the guru is awesome. He spent close to an hour with me explaining different methods to structure deals and how to implement them. The guru is simply ‘THE MASTER’. So, I just want to publicly say thanks very much to Ed Garcia.
