It was mentioned that sandwich lease option is a good strategy to make $7k in the next 30 days.
My concern is what about if the home owner gets liens or judgements placed on the property while you are in the middle of the deal or the home owner refuses to sell the property at the end of the lease term. How can this situation be avoided?
Also is it better for a newbie with no money or credit that need cash now better to start with assigning a lease option or a sandwich lease?
