I was driving around today looking for rehab prospects, and in the span of about 15 minutes I found 3 vacant homes that were owned by the V.A. When I got home I found that there are 223 properties owned by the V.A. in the county that I live in.
Being new to this game, can anyone tell me how difficult the process is in dealing with the V.A.?
