Each deal varies depending on the needs of the owner. Find out what they need and want, work from there. The best thing to say is, “Hello, my name is Sanchez, and I am interested in buying your vacant house”. Get them talking and work from there.

hello,
I have started to look around for properties and located a few vacant proerties .I know how to locate the owner but what should I say to them , how can I offer a price and don’t know how much it is worth before the fix up and after the fix up . Should I suggest seller financing because it is vacant.
