Hello all.
I am interested in wholesaling and I have found several ‘distressed’ vacant homes with lots of potential.
How do I find the current owners of these properties?

Go to town hall or city hall and visit the tax collector’s office. They will give you the info or it may be online through the assessor’s office. Many towns now have this info up on the internet and you can view the details on the property, including the current owner.
