You must go through a realtor and VA provides the contract. It is written in their favor.

I’ve come across a couple VA owned properties that I might want to flip. Are they handled the same way as all other properties? Can I use the same ‘weasel’ clauses, etc… or are there any differences that I need to deal with?? By the way, the properties are in Alabama, if thats makes any difference
