Ed, how does this sound?
I am under contract for a 3 fam, and would like to have my wife sign for the mortgage. My assumption is that if she signs alone it won’t affect my credit and I will have a better chance at getting another loan when we find another property. Additionally she may leave her job soon so I feel now is the time for her to get the loan. What do you think.
