In Pa if a woman has a home before she is married and sells the home after she is married can she use her married name to sign the deed transfer? Does she have to use her madien name to transfer. Is it leagal and binding if she transfer under her married if the deed was in her madien name?

If B is rightly demanding title insurance on the deal, the title co. will decide who & how it wants title transferred.
I’m thinking most any court would find that if she, under any name she’s ever had, signed a contract, then she’d be bound to perform and deliver.
