Definitelyl use a separate Option Document! In fact you could be better off if you use a Concract for Option as the separate doculment

Hi,

When doing a lease option (buyin or selling) should you use a seperate lease and a seperate option? Does this reduce risk?
Also any other tips would be great!

I use seperate documents.That way in an eviction i can keep it simple
