URL For tax sales calendar and lists? - Posted by Ronald * Starr(in No CA)

We bought a new computer here at work and had a computer guy “tune up” the old computer. I lost a “favorite” site that I had discovered and would like a reference to it if you know of it.

It has a calendar of many tax lien and tax property auction sales. It shows the state, county name, date of sale, and number of liens/properties on the sales list. The site sells copies of the county and city lists of properties on upcoming tax auctions. I tried a google search for “tax lien calendar” and similar and could not seem to find it.

Ron Starr: I used to have a bookmark for a similar site. I think I linked to it from Roy Stubblefield’s site.

If you are absolutely starving for a tax sale, Kern county has one going now. You can check it out at bid4assets.com. Note: you do not need any of the 1200 properties for sale. Even I don’t need them. And that says a lot.

Sincerely, Kristine

Thanks, that is not the site I was seeking, but it is an interesting one.

Ben–(NJ)------------

Thanks.

Hmmm. Looking at it, this seems to be a different company than I had before. The one I had had counts for liens and properties, an anticipated date they would have lists for sale, and a price for each sale. Is this the same site with a new format? Or does it sound like I had a different site?
