Yes, never use the term kick start again unless you are referring to a pre 1957 Harley. It makes you look like some kind of brainless dweeb.
While we are at it, how about confining the term “boot camp” to actual military training by government agencies?
And don’t call your little meeting a “workshop” unless it involves the production of manufactured goods, not hot air.

I would definitely not classify the Green Bay area as a “wholesale market” due to the lack of actual drive by vacants and boardups. Because of this it is essential that you find a realtor willing to make several “low” offers on a regular and repeated basis. When looking for inventory I suggest you try the E. Mason St. area.I would also recommend learning about lease Options and using these techniques in the nearby newer suburbs. We’ve had some luck during our visits.
