George,
I don’t think there are any guarantees.
The best thing is too look for a really motivated
seller, who needs to sell.
Best of luck,
Matt in Michigan

Urgent! Lease-Option Help Needed! - Posted by George (Canada)

Hi gurus!
I am a novice investor, and am trying to buy properties with lease option. However, my area is having a hot real estate market right now, but most sellers don’t seem to believe that the boom will last. Thus, when I proposed my lease-option solution to my prospects, all of them were worried that the real estate price may drop after my long-term lease.
In particular, some of them really want to get rid of their troublesome properties, and do not want a slight chance for the property to fall back on their lap in the future. What is the best reply for addressing this particular concern? Please help! I have a few more appointments lied up, and don’t want to screw up again!
Thanks,
George

Hey George,
Matt has a great point. There are no guarantees in this business. I know the motivated sellers are getting tougher to find. But stay the course and hold out for someone flexible.
Motivated sellers are tough to find in a hot market, but not impossible.
Great Success,
