Thanks. My first question is how does the rehab market look in the area I posted? I am novice investor. I have a few friends who are in the rental market. They are a good source if I want to invest in those types of properties. But I am more interested in rehabs. I have had some second hand experience with these types of investments over the years helping family who live out of my area. I have been looking and researching for a while now trying to get a feel for the market. But I can’t seem to find anything worth investing. Any ideas?
