If I am not mistaken, Lonnie’s contract says payable to … “and or assigns.”
Assign the contract to your LLC then notify the payors.

I began doing Lonnie deals about 3 years ago but only got an official business (LLC) about a year ago. Some of my earlier deals were done under my personal name and are still paying me. I would like to update these contracts and promissory notes to reflect the business name. Any comments on how to do this (rewrite new contracts, just add new name to old contracts, etc) I thought I seen a discussion on this about a year or two ago but I can’t seem to find it in the archives now. thank you for your help.
