Neither. Physical duress is when someone is holding a gun to your head or something to that effect. If you are physically incapacitated, that would be a formation issue regarding the capacity to enter into the agreement (incompetencey).

It is my understanding legal forms aren’t suppose to be enforcable if signed under physical duress. Under what senario is this likely? While on life support or when you are unable to hold a pen or write your name?
