I bought his World Trade course some time ago, I wasn’t that impressed. He’s a writer and you know what writers do. What I was impressed with though is that he’s assessable by telephone. I actually called and spoke to him. I subscribed to the newsletter and there are a lot of leads.

Can anyone provide me with feedback regarding Tyler Kicks?
I’m a beginner in real estate investing. I’m reading one of his books now and find it pretty good. He sure references his newsletter and his courses a lot (surprise surprise). I’m wondering if either (newsletter or courses) are any good?

I have a couple of his books and have gleaned a gem or two from them. His newsletter’s not bad expecially at $24 a year its one of the cheapest I’ve found. I did purchase a course but was not impressed. I’m thinking about trying his broker/finder course. Anybody here tried it.
