Yes, direct with the bank, no daisy chain here. I’m in SW Florida. The note is non-performing, the bank is getting the deed in lieu. This has to be pretty quick; bank wants off the books by the end of the quarter.

I have an opportunity to buy a note from a bank; the property is in the foreclosure process now. The bank wants to close quickly.I would like to then sell the note ASAP.

Any suggestions how to finance the purchase and where to find a buyer?

I work with investors who purchase notes. Are you getting the notes direct from the bank? Is there anyone else involved besides yourself? Please contact me I’m sure that I can be of assistance to you. BTW what state are you in? And is the note currently performing or non-performing? I assume non-performing if the bank wants it off the books asap.
