Trustee Notice Question - Posted by Mary

You can always take along your forms (contract), but as to whether or not they will allow you to use your cantract instead of theirs is another story. Some will allow you to and some won’t. So, take yours and if you can use it great, but be prepared to spend some time reading their contract if they insist on using theirs. The beauty of real estate though is that ALL THINGS ARE (99% of the Time) NEGOTIABLE.

Good Luck

Trustee Notice Question - Posted by Mary

A Trustee’s Sale ad says:

“the successful bidder will be required to execute and deliver to the Substitue Trustee, a memorandum or contract of sale at the conclusion of bidding.”

What exactly does this mean?

Mary,
It simply means that if you are the successful bidder on the property that you must immediately enter into a legally binding Real Estate Purchase Contract.

Hope this helps you out.

So, should I take one of my “fill in the blanks” contracts with me?
