in most states, a corporation CANNOT be trustee of a trust, unless this corporation is a licensed trust company with the state. same goes for LLC’s and other limited liability entities.

and there are plenty oif licensed trust companies out there, but they are very expensive.

I was listening to a webinar, and I heard this question, but wanted to get a clear answer.

Which is the better choice?

A corporation signing as a Trustee, or a Person using their name as Trustee, and why?
