I’ve been having a hard time finding a TRUE hard money lender (who lends in NY). Most of the ones who I know of want credit checks. My credit was horrible, but I have paid of 98% of my debt and I have improved my credit score. I guess it is still not where some of these lenders want it to be. So what do I do next?
