I was once in this guys position. We found an experienced broker who had relationships with B & C lenders. We put together a package that painted the picture of security,all of the good credit established since the charge offs (phone,electricity, letter from landlord, etc) It was not easy but it worked well.

Just a challenge. How do I get this guy qualified? $30,000 a year. Outstanding debts (4 or so years old) (charge-offs, ect.)of about $2,500. No new credit. Lives with family, owns car. Bills consist of groceries (rent), cable bill, cell phone (not reported), storage facility, and fitness center. Need some tricks.
