Well you need to meet with real estate agents in that area to get the market information that you need.

I was in Trenton NJ looking at some properties today.One or two were burn outs. It very difficult to get a read on property values in the area because 5-10 mintues away from each of the properties that i saw was very well developed with office buildings and so forth. I am very familiar with ny,but nj is new to me and i dont know the area very well. Any help would be appreciated. What are rents like in trenton and do they have any city or state run programs like section 8 and others and how much do they pay?There are signs of rebuilding but i am not sure the area is worth the investement.
