my ex and I own two homes,both have the three liens on them.We will each get our own seperate loans. Since I am taking the more valuable property that is paid off,I will pay all the liens out of my loan,when my ex signs over the house to me,and then I will sign off on her house. She is afraid that I will trick her into signing off and then not pay the liens. How can we make this process happen so that everything goes smoothly.She will not sign off until she has some assurance,the bills will be paid. PLEASE HELP ME! we have been going through this for over 5 years!
