While you don’t say what kind of license, you should be able to find all states’ agencies and licensing rules on web very quickly.
Without even knowing what kind of license you mean, I’d bet on there being NO state-to-state licensing “reciprocity” (where state B would just let you in if you’ve taken and passed test in state A, with no new exam).
Used to be lots of this reciprocity with professional licenses, but I suspect it’s mostly history now as most state professional associations and societies want to see more and tougher licensing requirements… not less or fewer or easier requirements.
